Allen Firouz
Chief of Operations
Allen Firouz serves as the Chief of Operations at Hekima Business Solutions, where he drives the vision and strategic direction of the organization’s programs, services, and projects throughout public and private sectors.
Allen has over 27 years of technology leadership experience and founded several successful tech start-ups. Prior to joining Hekima, he was the Founder and CEO of the very first private cloud startup in the US, pioneering innovative systems and services that were used globally. More recently Allen served as the Chief Architect for the U.S. Department of State, as well as the U.S. Department of Justice where he led their modernization initiatives and shaped their cloud adoption strategies.
As Chief of Operations at Hekima, Firouz is focused on leading and managing the delivery of technology services to clients and overseeing the shift to Limitless Infrastructure Trusted Ecosystem (LITE) across large clients. He sees the evolution to Cloud-Native as the next major paradigm shift, enabling organizations to break the boundaries of an on-premises environment and leveraging cloud tools and technologies to truly accelerate innovation and implement zero trust security.
Allen Firouz holds a PhD in Philosophy, a Masters in Organic Chemistry, and is currently working on completing his Executive MBA.
